The best way to put macrobiotics into practice is through our daily meals. Do-it-Yourself (DIY) Health starts in the kitchen.

MSM has started to open up different home kitchens to enable more people to experience macrobiotics cooking.

Recipes will be Adjusted According to Seasonal Ingredients

  • In this experiential class, you can practice cooking macrobiotics recipes together with other like-minded people.
  • In experiential class, you have to put on an apron, wear a headscarf, and start cooking.
  • Learn to plan a meal by making food choices and selecting local and seasonal fresh ingredients.
  • For preliminary understanding, start with the daily essential items: firewood, rice, oil, salt, soy sauce, vinegar and tea.
  • Move on to different cooking methods for different weather/season conditions.
  • Serve up a complete meal comprising appetiser, soup, pickled side dishes, condiments, main dishes and dessert.
